With our state-of-the-art home building facility located in New Annan, Sustainabuild uses innovative technology and a proven construction process to build homes that exceed the quality and efficiency of traditional build homes in a fraction of the time.

Planning & Design

Estimating, Permitting and 3D Modelling expedites process, providing the most cost-effective build without compromising quality.

Off-Site Construction

Floor Panels, Walls, Window Installations, Deck and Veranda, Stairs and Roof Trusses - all assembled offsite and installed with precision.

Logistics

Upon completion of off-site construction, Sustainabuild efficiently loads all building components for transport to the site of your new home.

Assembly

Onsite assembly is a seamless and efficient process that can result in your home being ready for you to move into in as few as XX days.

VS. TRADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION

By implementing a controlled process from planning to assembly, as well as focussing on neighbourhood builds, Sustainabuild homes can be completed in shorter timeframes, with more controllable budgets than traditional built homes.

Panel built homes require less material and generate less scrap and waste than traditional build - while creating a more energy efficient home.
